1 bed in 3 bed 2 bath CANAL SIDE flat

Looking for someone to replace me as I am moving into my own place, the contract is shared with the housemates and runs until end of November 2026

You will only share the bathroom with one person,

Separate kitchen and living/dinning room + canal side garden that’s gated with space to keep bikes etc

The room is small but has great storage + there’s plenty of storage in the flat, there’s space for a clothing rail for jackets and a drawer in the hallway as well + small desk in the room and a desk in the living room.

The room is unfurnished but happy to leave the bed-frame if preferred

There is a gated parking space as well that is currently being rented out to cover some bills, but this can be discussed with the other housemates if you need parking

Deposit is full flat rent /3 can be discussed if swift confirmation

I am planing on moving out 22nd of March but I have storage so can be flexible for the right person if you need to move in earlier
