We are good friends, an Aussie gal and a Kiwi gal in our early 30s, looking for a third flatmate to join us in our new, gorgeous flat.

We have signed onto a one year lease from 19 April for this beautiful Haggerston apartment, complete with spacious living area, generous balcony, and tons of natural light. 2 mins walk to Regent's Canal towpath, 10 min walk to either Haggerston or Hoxton overground stations.

We are looking to fill the third room (3.2 x 2.3m) which comes furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. You would share a bathroom with one other flatmate. NB: rent is £1,050 and deposit is 5 weeks' rent. Council tax band D. EPC C.
