Cosy room near Broadway Market

Hii i’m moving out of my flat and am looking for a gal to take over the room!

THE FLAT: The location is amazing, just at the bottom of Broadway Market by the canal. It’s a second floor flat sadly but no accessible entrance. The flat is big and bright and well looked after. There’s a separate kitchen and living room, a bathroom and toilet. LGBTQ+ friendly ((pictures of rest of the flat coming asap))

THE ROOM: This is the smallest room in the flat, it comes with a double bed with loads of under-bed storage and some shelves. You have a huge wardrobe/cupboard in the hall too all to yourself. It’s a lovely space and gets sunlight in the afternoon

THE VIBES: The current flatmate are lovely, Holly works in data science and Anna works in fashion. We get along really well and like to watch tv in the evenings but also lots of space to do your own thing. The flat is a cosy and chill place.
