Bright, spacious and cheap room in heart of Hoxton

Hi all! I’m subletting my bright, spacious, and very affordable (!!) room near Haggerston Park / Broadway Market (E2). The area has great transport links and is surrounded by great cafés, restaurants, and green space – the best hip Northeast London has to offer.:)
The room is currently mostly unfurnished. The furniture that comes with the room is a set of wooden wardrobe and chest of drawers, an open bookshelf, a bed mattress and a plant. The flat has a all necessary amenities: washing machine, fridge, gas cooker. Shared kitchen and bathroom (shower over bath). No living room.
You’ll be sharing with two women working in the arts. The household is quiet, clean and considerate — we all have our own lives, but also enjoy a chat and good energy in shared spaces. We’re looking for someone who will help maintain a clean, balanced, respectful, mature and harmonious atmosphere. No parties or loud music allowed.
We’re an all-female household, so we’d prefer a woman, working full-time outside the flat, as the other two tenants work from home. Proof of right to work and rent in the UK will be required.
Available from 1 May for a minimum of 6 months, with the possibility to extend until the end of 2026.
Rent + council tax: £664/month
Utility bills and household expenses £150 p/month
Deposit: £750 (paid in advance)
