Double bedroom in Haggerston

Reposted due to a change of move-in date (move-in date - weekend of 16-17th of May).

Hi,

I'm moving back to Norway, and looking for someone to replace me in this gorgeous flat in Haggerston. The other tenants are Jose and Miguel (the kindest people on earth), Jose is a Portuguese architect, and Miguel works in the NHS.

The flat is by the Canal (we have a view from the balcony), close to London Fields, Broadway Market and Columbia Road. There are plenty of transport options, with the bus stop 3 minutes from the flat and the Overground Station 5 minutes away. The flat has a lot of space, with a large kitchen/living room filled with sunlight from east and south, a balcony, two bathrooms and plenty of storage. You will be sharing the bathroom with Miguel. It also has parking spaces for bicycles and cars and a communal garden. The room is oriented east, so it has a nice soft light in the morning and is generally bright throughout the day. The flat is fully furnished.

Jose and Miguel are the best flat mates possible. They like to hang out, share a bottle of wine, go to the cinema and even having nights out. They are also clean and tidy and respect privacy at home.

Unfortunately we aren't able to accept applicants who are self-employed or students due to the referencing requirements of the managing agent.
