Double en-suite Room Haggerston by park and canal

I am looking to fill my room in this flat from 17th June. It is a modern and tidy flat with a double en-suite bedroom and shared kitchen/living room with a balcony!

The location makes the flat- across the road from Haggerston park which is amazing for Summer, 1 minute from the canal. Minutes from Hackney Road, Columbia Road and London fields. Nearest stations are Haggerston and Hoxton (both 10 mins walk), Bethnal Green (central line) is 20 mins walk, Liverpool Street and Old Street are 20-25 mins. Lots of good bus routes close by too. I walk to work in the city and it’s a nice walk.

The tenancy is technically not up until September so you will be joining 3 months before it ends but can stay on as it becomes rolling. We have been told the rent is unlikely to go up at this point. Under new regs, tenancy is rolling and can be ended with 2 months notice. My flatmate Ema plans to move out in September and so you will have the opportunity to pick who you live with or move in a friend, from September.

Flat is unfurnished but Ema is open to discussing leaving the shared furniture (sofa, table etc) when she moves out in September. The bedroom you are renting is also unfurnished.

You will need to be employed and be able to pass referencing checks.
