Beautiful bedroom available in East London🏡E2 area (London fields/hoxton). The house is 5 minutes walk from Columbia road and Broadway market!
A double bedroom available in our lovely 4 bed, 3 story house from July. One of our housemates has decided to move in with her boyfriend :( and therefore looking for someone to fill her room- this is a rolling contract.
The room is a spacious double room and fully furnished - so is the rest of the house. £1012 a month plus bills which are roughly £100 - £120 pcm. There are 3 bathrooms (one ensuite) a massive back garden and plenty of storage room. There is also plenty of space to WFH as there are two office spaces which we all share. Ideally someone who is not permanent WFH.
The house is roughly 30 min walk from the city!!! Bethnal Green (central line) is 12 min walk away, there’s also Hoxton overground 10-12 min walk away and Cambridge Heath station 5 min walk. The bus links are also incredible.

Maria moved in over three years an ago, Carina moved in 2 years ago, Ellie only moved in November of last year - we’ve met through this group when looking for a house.
Age range is 26-30 and no students/couples. Due to agency rules has to earn minimum 35k to pass referencing. We are all friends but have our separate lives - we watch series and cook together, and enjoy a good trip the pub or a wine bar, but also are very independent.
We are looking for a likeminded gal to join us. We all have our own social circles but have also become friends. This is definitely a super positive, no judgement kind of house. We all support each other through everything and love a Sunday evening debrief. We are looking for a girlwho is up for hanging out with us in the evening and become friends with us but who is also independent and clean!
Maria 28 - moved to London 3 years ago. Works in HR in Mayfair. Since moving to London Running has become half of her personality- has ran a marathon and looking for another race! Loves exploring new food spots in town - favorite will always be trullo or campania! Loves to travel and trying new workout classes but will also binge watch any series with you with a glass of wine or go out for a boogie!! Also loves a roof top bar.

Moved to London 2 summers ago from New York City. Works in Business Development at a law firm. Loves traveling and going out to dinner/drinks with friends. Loves a night out here and there! Recently has started Pilates which she does most days and sometimes we go as a house! Happiest grabbing a coffee, going on walks and shopping.
