E2 double room by Haggerston Park

Looking for a friendly person to replace our current flatmate who's moving out in August.

The flat is overlooking Haggerston Park and is super well located. Broadway Market, Regent’s Canal, London Fields, Columbia Flower Market, Dalston and Shoreditch all a short walk away! I’ve lived in the flat for 6 years and really love it and want to find someone who will love it too. We’re a pretty calm household (not a party house), respectful of personal space, and we like to keep our home clean and tidy. I struggle with insomnia and am preferably looking for someone who doesn’t regularly have very early or late hours and is respectful about noise.

The property contains three bedrooms, a kitchen with a little dining nook, and a modern bathroom. The bedroom we have available is spacious, peaceful, and filled with natural light. The large windows bring in plenty of daylight in the afternoon, creating a bright and welcoming space. You may occasionally hear children playing basketball nearby, but otherwise the room is very quiet.

The room comes fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, sofa, and full-length mirror. It’ll be available for viewings from the 27th of July.

The rent is £818 per month, and our bills come up to around £110 per month.
