I am looking for someone to take over my room in a modern two-bedroom flat in E2 from 6 September (may have flexibility +/- 1 week)

The flat is ideally located next to Haggerston Park and Regent’s Canal, around 10 minutes from Broadway Market, 15–20 minutes from Victoria Park and 25 minutes from Liverpool Street. There is also a wide range of bars, restaurants, pubs, gyms and pilates studios nearby.

It has two bathrooms, a shared kitchen, living room and balcony. It was built only a few years ago and includes a washing machine, dishwasher and Smeg kitchen appliances. The building also has a dedicated management team.

The bedroom comfortably fits a double bed, large desk, clothes rack/wardrobe and chest or drawers.

The flat originally comes unfurnished but I am very keen to leave most of my living room and bedroom furniture behind for a very friendly price :) Bills are around £163.5 pp/month.

The neighbours are all young professionals and the building is quiet and well maintained. The other flatmate, Sarah, is 27, works in operations and is friendly, tidy and respectful of personal space.
