The location is positively dreamy, just a short stroll to broadway market, Columbia road and most importantly the canal for your coffee strolls, long runs and people watching needs.
You’d be living with 3 professionals in our late 20s and early 30s working across UX design and strategy. We all live a pretty active lifestyle and very much enjoy the social element of share house living including the occasional flat dinner and (slightly more regular) wine and debrief.
The nitty gritty:
- Available October 15 for longterm
- rent approx £1600 for couples or £1450 for singles. We are planning on offering below the asking price, so will adjust accordingly.
- Viewing option: we could arrange a viewing next week, or alternatively one of us is currently subletting in an identical terrace in the same complex which you could come view.
