The flat is bright and airy and has a good sized bathroom with power shower and bath, a separate laundry room with space for drying, large open plan living room with dining table and kitchen with a dishwasher. Decent sized TV in the living room. On the second floor, but it's a new building with thick walls as well as double glazing, so very quiet when you are inside! There is also wifi.

Located just a seven minute walk from Haggerston overground which connects with the Victorial line at Highbury and Islington or two stops from Shoreditch High St. The City is a 20 min walk or short bike or bus ride away.

Kinglsand Rd - 5 min walk with buses to the west end and the city

Hackney Rd/London Fields/Columbia rd/Shoreditch - 10 mins

Dalston shops & bars - 15 mins

Sharing with me, I'm 35 and work for a digital creative agency in Clerkenwell but will be on sabbatical for a few months from late September, so you will have the place to yourself for a lot of the time.
