Double Room for rent near Hoxton

Hello!
My housemate is moving jobs and won't be living with me at the end of the year. I really like it here, so I'm currently looking for someone to stay with.

About the flat:
It's pretty small, and there isn't much storage. However, it has been finished to a high standard. The windows open up onto a roof space which technically doesn't belong to the flat, but the landlady is happy for us to use it. Storage for bikes downstairs.
It's pretty nice.

About the area:
The local area is great. There are two shops and a pub opposite (Sainsbury's and Co-op), a lovely park next door and Hoxton is about 5 minutes away. Broadway market, Columbia road, Regent's Canal (beautiful in the summer) and Brick Lane are all very close too.
Transport is very good. The flat is on the border between zones 1 and 2. It takes me about 40 minutes to get to Whitehall in the mornings. Hoxton overground station is less than 5 mins away and Bethnal Green and Old Street are each about 20 mins walk. To summarise: there's pretty much everything you could ever want here.

About me:
I'm pretty open minded. Not looking for anything in particular. I don't expect anyone to do much cleaning, although I would prefer someone who doesn't make a mess in the shared areas (bathroom/living room). I'm happy to do all the hoovering/cleaning (promise).
I work for a Government department in central London and work 9-10 hours most days. I can cook reasonably well, although I am a vegetarian (sorry. No preference as to whether you are or not). Respectful of personal space, happy to give people time to themselves.
