After living in this lovely flat for three years, I’m moving out and we are looking for a third person to join our flatshare right next to Broadway Market from the 11th August.
There are 3 bedrooms in total and you’ll be sharing with 2 male working professionals. The available room is a good size (roughly 3. 2m x 3. 5m) and comes partly furnished with a double bed, a table and a small built-in wardrobe. I can also sell a bookshelf if you are interested.
Deposit is £600, and the rent is £571 a month plus about £80/month in bills including council tax.
We rent through a letting agency and as such there will be additional agency costs you will need to pay for the credit check and a fee to get your name on the lease.
For the first month's rent, as I’m moving out before the tenancy ends (which ends on the 31 August), I’ll be paying the monthly rent and house bills up front on the 1 August and the new tenant will be pay me the rent equivalent from 11 to 31 August + deposit + bills. From 1 Sep you will be added to the lease.
Whilst everyone’s generally relaxed about what you do in the flat, be warned it is not a party flat although we enjoy having a drink together and the usual stuff. Also it’s a non-smoking flat so smokers will have to go outside on the balcony.
