Great room in new building, close to Shoreditch

Hello,
I am a 35yo male professional, neat and tidy, non-smoker, can cook (flat has good kitchen as well). I’ve taken over one of the rooms in the flat, but the other flatmate is moving out 1st September so I'm looking for a like minded professional female to take the other double room in the flat.

About the flat:
Modern building with concierge, the flat is on the second floor overlooking the canal. The open plan living space and modern kitchen are generous, the room is a proper double bedroom and as there are two bathrooms you'll have one to yourself. The flat is partially furnished but we can share the costs of some new items if we agree to spruce the place up.

The rent is £1950pcm and is currently shared (£975ea), however I’m willing to split it £1025/£925 to counter the fact my room is ensuite.

A little about myself:
I work pretty normal hours (7. 30 start, finish about 6. 30), never work weekends, enjoy sports and keeping fit (Aussie rules, tag rugby, marathoner). I enjoy music and gigs (indie taste), but have been known to go to the theatre and the ballet if something good is on. I like a good time but am respectful. I quite enjoy a quiet night with friends in the house, but if I'm planning to be loud I'll take it somewhere else. A quiet pint in a good pub is also a winner with me, or a nice 'Sunday family dinner' with like-minded flat mate. I also have a delightful female Bengal cat who has a real personality and is fully housetrained.
