We are looking for an individual/couple to take over our lease on a beautiful 1 bedroom flat in Haggerston. The flat is located within a modern development called Adelaide Wharf. The building has a concierge and landscaped communal gardens.

The flat is located on Queensbridge Road, right on the Regents Canal, it is a 5 minute walk from both Broadway Market/London Fields and Colombia Road. The flat is very light and airy and gets a lot of sunshine. Haggerston and Hoxton stations are 5 minutes walk away and there are loads of buses into town from both Hackney Road and Kingsland Road.

The flat comes part-furnished and includes a double bed, table/chairs, 2x TVs (one flat wall mounted in bedroom) and all integrated white goods and dishwasher. You will be taking over the lease which runs until November 2015 (extendable) with a break clause in May 2014. The weekly rent is £320 and you will need to pay a 6 week deposit at the start on the tenancy. I will split the cost of changing the names on the lease so the only "agency fee" will be £150.

The move in date will be around mid October.
