Room in Cosy Hoxton Flat

I am renting my room in a great flat in Hoxton, just beside Hackney Road.

The room is a small double room with a cupboard and bedside table, and window over looking a small park like courtyard, so nice and quiet.

The flat is a maisonette, with guest toilet, kitchen and living room downstairs and three bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Everything has been recently renovated and the flat is in good condition.

You will be sharing the flat with my two female flatmates, who are easy going professionals. I'm moving to NYC and am very sad to leave them behind!

This is a true East London home, within walking distance to Regent's canal, Broadway Market and London Fields, Columbia Road Market, Brick Lane, and basically the whole Shoreditch area. We are located very close to Hoxton Overground, a number of buses going central, north or to Liverpool Street Station. Old Street and Bethnal Green are both less than a 20 minute walk and are well connected.
