Lovely double room hoxton

We have a lovely double room in are flat in Hoxton. Great location a few minutes walk from Hoxton over ground station. Nice place to be on the weekends as we are a short walk to Shoredtich, Colombia road flower market and broadway market. We are a group of 3 friends all working in fashion and media. Unfortunately one flat mate is moving closer to her work at the end of the tenancy, but as we are happy here and wish to stay another year. If you would be interested please contact me for photos. The flat has one bathroom and a big lounge and kitchen. We are looking for an easy going person who doesn't mind us having a few drinks and stumbling in late on weekend. Also someone who chips in with cleaning every now and again. Sorry we can't have pets, fish would be fine. Many Thanks!
