My flatmate is moving out after 4 years as he's moving with he's girl friend.

I have a quiet double room available over looking Swimmers lane, double glassed windows and memory foam mattress and separate little closet outside the room.

The flat is still in very good condition as when i first moved here it was newly build.

There is a terrace over looking the old Haggerston baths and is bright and relaxing.

The Monthly Rent includes: Gas, water, electricity, council tax & service charges. Internet and phone line is £30 extra.

5min walk to Haggerston station
5min walk to Hoxton station
7min walk to London fields
7 min walk to Shoredtich

About me: I run my events company since 5 years, we are pretty busy depending on the day of the week and time of the year, November and December will be mental good.

As a person I am pretty laid back and sociable, like to cook, as hobby I am into music production, sports and travel 3-4 times a year normally.

Please note the room is bigger than it looks on the picture, the current tenant is using it as an in-house office therefore i use the pictures from when he moved in 4 years ago.
No Work from home please.
