This is a large house within a short walk to Hainault station central line with ample free parking around and a large garden.
House has a beautiful conservatory and a large living room that can be shared.
Small but well equipped kitchen with washer dryer.
Lots of storage spaces in the kitchen passage and within the house

We are looking for a professional house mate who would love to live in a family setup yet enjoy own privacy.
Cleanliness is a must so a cleaning rota will be in place and monitored.
We love to cook and have friends over on weekends so similar interests will be advantageous.
