Double Bedroom Offered in Exchange for Housework

A fully furnished double bedroom is offered in a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom family house in a quiet residential area in Barkingside. You will be sharing with a family of 3 (a single dad, an 11 year old son, and my elderly mother) and a cat. There is off-street parking available if you have a car.

I am looking to exchange some/all of the rent in exchange for some household chores (cooking, cleaning, some elderly care, etc). Also, a secondary school teacher looking to swap rent in exchange for tuition for my son would be of particular interest (he’s just started year 7 in the local grammar school). To cover the whole rent, you will be required to commit 14 hours per week

I'm looking for a mature lady who can provide some/all of the services mentioned above.

Our local High St is a 10 minute walk and has great facilities: gym, library, post office, most bank branches, restaurants, coffee shops, main stores (Tesco, Sainsburys, Lidl), among others.

There are 3 Central Line stations within 15-20 minute walking distance (Hainault, Fairlop, Barkingside - all zone 4)
