Huge double room in house share

We have a huge double room available in a house share, with an upstairs bathroom and downstairs shower room, communal kitchen and large communal garden. Driveway available for one car.

At present there are 3 other quiet, professional and respectful tenants (2 females, one male) and we are looking for a fourth and final to take over the downstairs room which is vacant at present. Smoking is permitted inside tenant's rooms. No one else lives downstairs so you will have the downstairs shower room to yourself.

The house is spacious and not crowded and the house is generally kept quiet and peaceful.

There is a house cat so if you don't like cats, please do not apply.
