Rent Free Accommodation in Exchange for Tuition

A fully furnished double bedroom is offered in exchange for some tuition. I am looking for a qualified teacher who can prepare my 9 year old son for the 11 Plus exam which he will sit in 9 months time. Must have minimum 2 years experience teaching in a school at Years 5, 6 or 7. Experience of the 11 Plus isn’t essential as the exam essentially follows the National Curriculum

You will be sharing with a family of 4 (single dad, 9 year old son, my elderly mother and her carer) and a cat

Our house is a recently refurbished 5 bedroom house in a quiet residential area in Hainault. There is off-street parking available if you have a car

Our local High St is a 10 minute walk and has good facilities: gym, library, post office, most bank branches, restaurants, coffee shops, main stores (Tesco, Sainsburys, Lidl), among others.

There are 3 Central Line stations within 15-20 minute walking distance (Hainault, Fairlop, Barkingside - all zone 4)
