The room is flooded with plenty of light, making it very spacious and airy. In addition there is plenty of space left in the room, even with all furniture. Great for storing own things. On the same floor, there is also a shower room with toilet and wash basin. The shower will however be a shared facility with landlords.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY: 4-Bedroom house situated in Hainault. 5-minute walk to Central line station and bus stops. On the ground floor, there is a large lounge and diner room, a seperate kitchen and huge sun-facing back garden. On the first floor, you will find another bathroom and 3 bedrooms. The tenant will be situated on their own floor (3rd) where the rented room is alongside the second bathroom (shower will also be used by landlords).

ABOUT THE LANDLORDS: We are a retired couple living with one adult son. The tenant will be living with the landlords. We are very welcoming, relaxed and easy going.

ABOUT THE LOCATION: Hainault is situated in Zone 5 of the tube map. It's based on the central line and the property is only a 5-minute walk to the station and bus stops (bus routes 150 and 247) with easy access to local stores and areas such as Central London, Ilford, Barking etc.

ABOUT THE TENANCY: Rent is £850 per calendar month to be paid in advance, Bills included. One month deposit required to take the room off market. No short term let's unfortunately. References and checks will be done in advance and a lodger agreement will need to be signed.

ABOUT THE TENANT: We are looking for a clean, responsible individual or couple who will live respectfully with us in our home.
