Big Room In Hammersmith 5 Mins To Station

Hello everyone !

My lovely and the biggest room in the flat becomes available soon as I’m going travelling. It’s a double room with super comfy bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe . You are literally 5 mins from Hammersmith station (Piccadilly line to Heathrow airport 40 mins / to central London 25 mins, district line that will take you to Ealing, Richmond or Essex and Hammersmith and city line if you work in the city!). You have plenty of buses passing also the night ones that will take you to Heathrow or central London 24 hrs . The high street (apart from plenty of shops and places to eat at the station) is 10 mins away where you find primark, tk Maxxx , new look h&m and many other shops like Poundland. There is plenty of places to eat and drink in area . You are ten mins away from the river which is amazing in summer to run along or just stop by in one of the pubs by. The distillers pub is across the road with live music every Thursday and beer garden . Ok that’s enough about the location - you probably get it by now lol.

The current flatmates are mid / late twentys. Monika originally from Spain works in hotel nearby as a manager and she does various shifts incl nights. Jay is English guy, who works in music industry so his schedule varies as well but usually he works 10-7pm . So basically if you are like me 9-5er you don’t need to worry about queue to the bathroom in the morning . There is no living room , but your room is big enough to put small sofa chair and a table just like I did . I have been in this flat three years and I’m only leaving cause I’m going away from London . Best bit about this flat is that the rent in 577 and you get water and heating included - so yes! Nice and toasty all the time (obviously you can turn it down when you get too hot ) the kitchen is quite small (typical London flat) however other flatmates are not very big cooks so if you are into cooking like me - you will have the kitchen to yourself basically) . We have also basement where you have additional storage and extra fridges (you can have your own bar fridge ;d)

Everyone is very chilled at flat, and nobody mind if you have friends or visitors over. We are all working professionals but also like to have a drink from time to time :)

Bills to pay on top;
Electricity every three months (comes to around 30£roughly )
Internet - we have sky at the moment which is 10£ each a month but you can sign up with new contract and get better deal
Tv licence - if you want to have tv in your room is 6,5£ a month (as jay have tv in his room so you share tv licence )
Council tax is about 35£ a month , each.

Room is available from around 10-15th of April (can be earlier but no later than 16th) You will need to sign the contract with our agency - so you will need to be in employment (sorry no students ) . The deposit is 570£ and you will need to pay one off fee £180. The agency is very flexible and although you have a contract , you can move out anytime you just need to find a tenant to replace you so you are not tided up .

Agency requirements:

1. Two forms of picture ID (driving licence, passport etc)

2. Employers’ references

3. Three months bank statements (with address clearly stated)

4. Previous landlords’ reference letters

5. National Insurance Number / Work visa
