We are 3 professionals in our 30s (English, Spanish and Italian) seeking someone who is looking for somewhere nice to live. We are a sociable bunch who enjoy each other’s company but also have our own independent lives. Ideally, we would like a friendly new female flatmate to keep the balance of the flat.

The flat is very convenient for Hammersmith station: a 15-minute walk along the riverbank footpath. It’s also close to Barons Court, Putney Bridge and Parsons Green.

We have a local Sainbury's, Tesco and Waitrose just a 5-minute walk away.

The kitchen has a Neff gas hob, Smeg fan oven, Bosch dishwasher, freezer and Bosch washing machine. The sitting room looks over the huge south facing garden and the river.

There is a bathroom (with bath, shower and loo), a shower room, and separate loo.

The bedroom available has a double bed, a bedside table, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a small bookcase and a chair.

The rent is £158 per week plus a quarter share of the bills: gas, electricity, council tax, Internet and water (approximately £85/month).

References and a £675 deposit are required.
