Homely and social flat- Large bedroom!

Hi guys,

We are on the hunt for a new housemate for our 3 bedroom flat.

There is a choice of two rooms, the bigger room is huge with a king size bed and plenty of space for a couple or working for from home.

You will be sharing the flat with two friendly flatmate, Moran and I. We are both easy going people. I am Australian, been living in london about 2.5yrs. And Moran is Israrlie, been in London for a while now. We are looking for someone to fit our vibe in the flat, someone who would like to have a couple drinks, movie nights and occasional dinners as a household.

The flat is in a great location, set back off the main road yet only 8min bus or 11min walk to Hammersmith Stations (as per trusty google's say so). There are plenty of pubs/restaurants/shops in the area, along with small parks and Thames riverside walk.

The flat is on the first floor and room comes furnished. There is a large living room with 2 sofas and a dining table, a separate kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, a single bathroom and plenty of storage areas.

We have a nice size, private, rear garden, which is set up for bbq and relaxing. It is great in the summer and looking forward to a nice bon-fire in the winter..

All bills are included in the monthly rent, so there are no surprises in costs.
