Double room with en-suite in handy location

We are relocating closer to work so we are looking for a replacement/s in our flat share. Room is a decent double a with an en-suite. Would be equally suitable for a single or couple and price is the same. Room is fully furnished with what you'd expect - double bed, wardrobe, set of drawers and two bedside cabinets.

You will be sharing the common areas with 2 couples - Australian/Australian and American/Spanish all in their late 20’s/early 30's and work in various professional jobs. One couple has their own private lounge area downstairs so you will mainly be sharing with one couple in the main area. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom/toilet. Kitchen is a decent sized gallery style which leads onto dining area and lounge. Outside is a pretty sweet patio area which gets the morning and evening sun! We’re not really a party house, although do throw parties on special occasions (birthdays, etc).

House is in a pretty sweet spot halfway between Hammersmith and Shepherds Bush. Goldhawk Road station is the closest, although within 5-10 minutes, you can be at either, Piccadilly, District, Hammersmith/Circle, Central lines or the Overground/National Rail - not to mention decent bus connections. Westfield London mall is similar walking distance. Pub literally just across the road, many food options within a couple minutes walk (Greek, Indian, Thai, Chinese, French, Pizza, Bakery). Big Tescos only 5 min walk, and Sainsbury's Local 2 mins.

Bond is £1565. Monthly bills are split per room/couple - typically around £80 depending on time of year (power/water/gas/council tax/internet).

Available mid-late October, although could be flexible if needed.
