The room comes with your very own family sized bathroom, large double wardrobes + double chest of draws, bedside tables & King Sized Bed.
The gated apartment complex offers secure underground parking, 24 hour porter, all within walking distance to Hammersmith Station (10 minutes). Within a 5 minute walk from the flat you'll find Michelin star Restaurants, gyms, supermarkets, as well as great river front pubs and cafe's. Also only a short walk to the Apollo Theatre. (Not so useful now but will be in a couple of months fingers crossed!)
The newly refurbished flat is fully equipped with all new appliances, high speed WIFI, Netflix, Amazon Prime & Sky TV. We also have a cleaner that comes weekly.
Current house mates:
We’re a couple in our late 20's early 30's. One Kiwi, one Brit! Both full time professionals, relaxed and courteous. Much more dinner party than house party type people! Love a Netflix series & a vino.
We're looking for a professional person who is respectful, & friendly who's looking for a central London / Zone 2 location to base themselves from.
Please note that the room is £1,000pm. This price is non negotiable, if that is not within your budget please don’t arrange a viewing as we will not be decreasing the already discounted monthly rate.
