Double room in friendly sociable house

Looking for new male or female housemate aged between 27 and 34 to take our 1st floor double room from 9th February as our current housemate is moving out to live with his girlfriend.

We will be holding viewings between 29th January - 2nd February so will be in touch on or after the 26th January to offer time slots. Due to receiving so many messages we will only be able to reply to people we think may be a good fit so please send us a nice message and tell us a bit about yourself! It's more of a home than a house for us so we want the person that takes the room to be looking for the same thing.

We have one double room in a very friendly, sociable and fully equipped house located just behind Charing Cross hospital. The room is a spacious double with a very comfortable bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and even a sink!

A bit about the house:
Our home has a total of 6 bedrooms with one large bathroom upstairs and an extra WC downstairs. A combined kitchen and lounge room, yes that's right - we have a lounge room!!! We also have a small but great backyard, perfect for outdoor drinks and BBQ'S.

The house has all mod cons including central heating, plenty of fridge/freezer space (we have 2 fridge freezers), oven, dishwasher, washing machine, unlimited Broadband & Wireless network, Sky + HD & HD TV to take advantage of that and of course, amazing house mates.

The large warm and friendly house is situated conveniently close to local amenities including Hammersmith station (Circle, District, Piccadilly and Hammersmith & City Lines) and Barons Court Station (Piccadilly and District Lines), Sainsburys, Tesco and Waitrose right around the corner, 2x Tescos and M&S up the road, 3 pubs (VERY important) surround our street and many more to choose from on the Thames with lots of bus routes and night buses right around the corner.

A bit about us:
We are a great mix of 2 girls and 3 guys, all in our late 20's/early 30's, and ideally looking for about the same age. We are all easy going and get along really well. We love to go out together after work or on the weekends, but we do also have other friends and our own social lives. We all like to do the tourist thing around London, but also love a good lazy Sunday in the lounge or relaxing in one of the locals. Our house has a really nice atmosphere and would ideally suit friendly professionals.

The bond is £570 to be paid to secure the room and first month's rent will need to be paid before you move in. Rent is £570pcm (including all bills and a cleaner once a week).

Room is available from 9th February. Minimum 6 month contract required.
