Great double room with ensuite

I am moving out of my double room on 1 April so I am looking for a new flatmate to replace me in our lovely house share. The room available is the largest in the flat. It benefits from a private ensuite bathroom, a king sized bed, plenty of storage (two huge built in wardrobes and two chests of drawers), and lots of natural light with large windows both in the room and bathroom.

The living area is an open floor living-room, dining room and kitchen which is connected to a large terrace overlooking London’s skyline. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, tableware and has an dishwasher and washing machine.

The flat is in great conditions - the walls were repainted in January and the carpets professionally cleaned in February.

You’ll be sharing the flat with two Spanish girls, Maria and Roser, both in their 30s and both working in healthcare in clinical research. We are ideally looking for someone in the same age range (no couples). We are looking for someone to sign a new one-year tenancy agreement (minimum stay is 6 month)

The monthly rent does not include bills, which are around £90 per mont (includes water, gas, electricity, council tax, wifi and common expenses). A cleaner comes to clean the flat once every two weeks. This costs £39 and the flatmates take turns to pay.
