Located on the first floor, overlooking the front of the house, this room comes furnished with a double bed, 2 bedsides, a chest of drawers, a large wardrobe and a desk makes it a perfect retreat. Best of all you have your own ensuite bathroom, with shower, sink and toilet so no more morning queues. The house has just been refurbished so everything is new.

The house is all been freshly painted and all the appliances and furniture is new.

Although the house doesn't have a lounge there is a lovely spacious kitchen diner providing a nice place to sit and eat at and also there is a nice roof terrace which also provides some nice chill out space in the warmer months.

We have supplied 70Mbps BT broadband and made sure that there is superior wifi signal throughout the house by installing a second router in the 1st floor hall way so everyone can enjoy Netflix, YouTube or working at the same time which is crucial if people are working from home. We can also supply wired broadband to your room if required (there will be a labour charge for this).
