Located on the top floor overlooking back of the house this self contained studio flat comes furnished with a double bed, 3 door wardrobe as well as a bedside table, a well equipped kitchen and a spacious modern bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

The best part of this studio is that you still have access to the rest of the house which means you still get be part of the house but still have your own space to retreat to.

Although the house doesn't have a lounge there is a lovely spacious kitchen diner providing a nice place to sit and eat at and also there is a nice roof terrace which also provides some nice chill out space in the warmer months.

We have supplied 70Mbps broadband from BT and made sure that there is superior wifi signal throughout the house by installing a second router in the 1st floor hall way so everyone can enjoy Netflix, YouTube or working at the same time which is crucial if people are working from home. We can also supply wired broadband to your room if required (there will be a labour charge for this).

Hammersmith is a nice and vibrant neighborhood with lots happening. You're super close to the station and the shops with out it being to busy or loud (as the road is nice and quiet).
