Single with Ensuite and A Nice Office

We have a nice single room with ensuite and a small office room available in our house. The office is just to yourself. The single room comes fully furnished with the bed and a closet and there are also enough storage space with the cupboards in the office.

We are 8 mins walk to Hammersmith Station and 4 mins walk to Baron’s Court Station. With a quick 3 mins walk, we have Tesco, Sainsbury. And if you walk further we have a little Waitrose and all the things in Hammersmith high street.

Our house has a garden that we hang out in when it’s warmer, doing BBQs, etc. We often have a chat together and occasionally drink some wine together in our dining room.

The housemates are currently Jimmy (Antique Auctioneer), Myself (Cosmetic Company), Hugo (Musician) and Katie (Charity). We are looking for someone friendly, clean and tidy. Who respects personal space but would like to hang out together occasionally.

Please note that we are due for a contract renewal in April and the landlord is entitled to review the rent then.
