Double room with desk space available in friendly, social house... Just 5 minutes walk away from Hammersmith Tube Station!

We are looking for someone who would be a great fit in our fun, social house!

The Current Housemates:
AJ (Kiwi) who loves to cook and watch sports, go for pints and go on runs.
Jack (Brit) works in tax for a famous fast food company (discounts available to housemates). He enjoys food, football, reading, running and usually game for a pint.
Adam (Brit) works in Sports Marketing. Loves football and all things sport as well as going for a pint

We're a sociable house and often watch TV together in the lounge and go out to the pub.

We are friendly, easy going people who respect each others space, and all keep the house clean and share house tasks.

The House:
The place is a nice terraced house on a quiet road away from traffic and tube noise, but still just a 5 minute walk from Hammersmith Station. There is also a gym just outside our road! We have a lovely garden which gets the sun for lazy summer afternoons and bbq’s. We are ~5 mins from the river and surrounding pubs (again great for the summer) and ~10 minute walk from King Street (Hammersmith high street); Hammersmith Apollo; and Fulham. Just down the road from Craven Cottage and Bishops Park! We are just off Fulham Palace Road which is full of cafes, shops and everything you need! The house is amazing value for its prime location.

The Room:
The room is upstairs. Comes with a double bed, desk, desk chair and double wardrobe.

Other Bits:
- No agent fees to put up with; we deal directly with the landlady (She is really understanding with any issues to do with the house, whenever we contact her she is on it immediately!)
- Move in date is 5th January
- Bills come to around £100 per month
