Spacious Double Room in Hammersmith House-share

Hi everyone!

I'm very sadly moving out of my bedroom at the beginning of April and am looking for someone to replace me.

The place is a 4-bedroom house which consists of:
- a very homely living room with plenty of seating space for the whole house and a television with all the available Sky channels including sports and movies
- a good-size kitchen with dishwasher and all the other standard kitchen appliances/amenities
- two bathrooms both with toilets (one larger with a bathtub)
- a basement with a dryer for clothes and useful if you need a little extra storage space
- a small patio area - we sometimes do BBQs here in the warmer months

The monthly cost includes all bills including council tax, a weekly cleaner and a Sky TV subscription.

Now onto the bedroom. If I can say so myself, I am gutted to be leaving. It's an amazing bedroom with plenty of floor space AND an abundance of storage space (I make this point as I know how difficult it is to find a bedroom with both in London). The bedroom is the top floor (attic room) of the house and gets plenty of light from the two large skylight windows. It comes furnished with a double bed, a very large wardrobe, a large desk, a large chest of drawers, a smaller bedside chest of drawers, another chest of drawers and a small bedside table. On top of this, there is a small door on one of the walls which opens up to some more space behind the wall for you to store things you might not need on an everyday basis which is very handy. I call it my Monica cupboard (if you get the Friends reference!)

The house is a 6-minute walk to Hammersmith station which has incredible transport links (4 underground lines and a large bus station) that makes it easy to get to just about anywhere in London. It has been a blessing living near it. As well as this, there are all the local amenities you could need on Fulham Palace Road within minutes of walking. If you need a larger supermarket, there is a Tesco Superstore just a 15-minute walk away. For retail, King Street provides many options and is all within a 10-minute walk.

The house is within a 5-minute walk to the riverside, with a great view of the beautiful Hammersmith Bridge. A great place to go for a walk or to simply hang out, especially in the summer months when the sun is out! There are plenty of pubs and bars along the riverside too.

The current housemates are:
- Me (who you would replace)
- An Australian male-female couple in their late twenties. One works as a travel writer and one works for Sky
- A professional female (British) in her mid-twenties who is a medical writer
- Another single professional female from New Zealand who is in her late-twenties

The vibe of the house is very friendly and relaxed. Most of the time we are all doing our own thing but will usually cross each other's path and have chats in the evenings/weekends when in the kitchen or living room. Now and again, we like to arrange to do things as a house such as pub trips, nights out, playing tennis etc. The house strikes a very good balance between being sociable and respecting each other's personal space. We all work regular Monday-Friday hours, meaning we don't make noise during sleeping hours. We would want someone who would fit into this dynamic.

Ideally, the housemate we are looking to replace me will be:
- single
- professional
- mid-late twenties or early thirties
- looking to live in a relaxed atmosphere

We would like to host viewings during these dates and times:
- Friday 18 March 12:00-13:00
- Saturday 19 March from 10:00 onwards
- Sunday 20 March from 10:00 onwards

However, please let me know if you are really keen but would like to do another time and we will try accommodate.
