2 Double Rooms in a Riverside Flat

2 of our flatmates are moving out to new places so there are 2 great value double rooms available from 1st August 2024.

Both rooms are fully furnished (double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table) and will share two good-sized bathrooms with the 2 other housemates.

Room 1 is priced at £818 pcm and has access to the flat balcony. Bills are not included and typically come to around £120 a month.

Room 2 is priced at £741 pcm and can fit a small desk in if needed.

The flat is on the second floor of a Victorian mansion building with a fully furnished living room (two sofas, and TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime) and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. We are in a great location - 15 seconds walk from the river, ideal for walking, running and cycling along.

Hammersmith is a lovely place to live, lots of bars, restaurants, pubs and shops. The flat is also close to supermarkets, with Tesco, Sainsbury's and Lidl all within 5 mins walk. It's really easy to get around, with 4 tube lines (District, Piccadilly, Hammersmith & City and Circle) and plenty of buses just 5 mins walk away, as well as Boris Bikes nearby (if that's your thing).

We are two professional females who met through mutual friends of the flat. We are often around in the evenings and like to cook and watch TV together, as well as trips to the pub or park round the corner, but also respect each other's space. We are looking for people who want to make this their home and keep it a happy place to live.
