Presenting this well spacious and beautiful flat in Hammersmith to share, preferably with an easygoing and friendly, person.

About me
I consider myself easygoing, friendly and sociable. I don't take myself too seriously because life is too short. However, when I have things of importance to do, I focus and get them done 🙂.

I work and currently doing my masters, and would like to find a honest, clean, tidy and friendly flat mate to share the space with.

The Neighbours
I've got immediate neighbours who are awesome and easygoing and enjoy socializing from time to time, so you will likely be invited to socialize or hangouts 🙂.

The Flat
It's spacious with high ceilings, and lots of natural and indoor lighting. It comes with a spacious sitting room (as shown in the video), that will be converted back to its original bedroom (as shown in pic) and will be occupied by me.

The Room For Rent
It's the first 2 pics (as shown in the pics or shown in the video). The room has tons of storage space, and for the ideal flat mate room, it's a double bed, secure door and heavy blinds for added privacy as per the first pic.

Facilities
The spacious bathroom with a tub has storage for towels and toiletries. A big kitchen with lots of shelving for storage comes with a dishwasher, washing machine, and lots of kitchen countertop space for someone who loves to cook and bake.

It also has a decent size patio with a table and chairs. A perfect area for when you want to relax, do gardening, have bbq's or even park your bicycle.

Other Facilities
TVs, double bed, pillows, bed linens, shared bathroom, internet, heating (so no plug-in heat appliance needed), dishes.

Local Amenities
The flat is conveniently located within a 6 mins walking distance to Hammersmith station and 7 mins walking distance to Ravenscourt Park station. It's ideally located around many banks, and shops, including popular ones like Lidl, Sainsbury, Marks & Spencer, Ikea, Primark, and many more.

Gyms are within walking distance, and the flat is surrounded by many authentic restaurants, cafes, lively pubs, and parks. Also, if you like history, the Hammersmith bridge is less than 10 mins walk or 4 mins to ride to it.

The Ideal Flat mate
A professional person who is easygoing, friendly, respectful, clean, and tidy, will take care of the apartment as I do. There's no cleaning service, so that means cleaning after yourself and the apartment is a must. Someone who isn't noisy to disturb the neighbors and doesn't smoke.

Security & Privacy
There's plenty of privacy in the event you want to have a guest over (not live-in), and access into the flat is secure.
