A fully furnished double room is available from 3 February in our lovely 3 bedroom flat in Hammersmith, near Brook Green. The flat is on the first floor of a period semi-detached house on a quiet road.

We share a large bright living room with high ceilings and big windows, kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom that is free is bright and spacious, with two large windows, a lovely period fireplace and good storage.

Our flat is great for transport- less than 10 mins from both Hammersmith and Shepherds Bush tube stations, so five lines, and two bus stations. Fifteen minutes walk to Hammersmith Bridge and the River Thames. Close to giant Tesco and Lidl, restaurants, bars, gyms, two theatres and Westfield shopping centre.

You'll be sharing with two friendly female professionals, who will happily share a glass of wine and a chat, or watch a movie, but will also give you your privacy. We love the relaxed and calm atmosphere in our flat and look after it as if it was our own, so we are looking for someone like-minded. Female preferred, over 30, and working. Sorry no students.

The rent is £600 per calendar month with a one off admin fee to the letting agency for reference checking. Bills are approx £120 pcm which includes, gas, electric, council tax, (Band E) water, broadband and TV licence.
