The current housemates are young professionals living a quiet life, and we’re looking for two clean, professional, similar-minded housemates to complete the houseshare.
Rent is £750 per month (master bedroom) and £720 per month (second floor bedroom), bills and council tax excluded (council tax band F).
The contract term is 12 months with a 2 month break clause (for both parties - this can be exercised after the first 6 months) , renewable on a yearly basis.
