Double Room in Hammersmith

Hi there! We are Amy & Chloe and we’re looking for a new flatmate as our old flat mate is moving in with her boyfriend.

Just an FYI: we're looking for a new female tenant between 26-32 to join us, no couples, and no pets

About the Room: 🛏
The room is a cosy double, available from August 1st. It comes unfurnished. There is a so walk in closet in the room also which isn’t pictured! Rent is £540 per month excluding bills. Bills come to around £165 and include gas/electricity/water/wifi/council tax.

About the Flat: 🏠
The flat is located in a mansions block on Brook Green. It’s a ground floor flat with big windows and plenty of space for activities. We have great amenities including a dishwasher and tumble dryer. The kitchen has been renovated in the last 4 years and we have all the cooking aids you could want. We have a small outdoor area that we have built into a tiny oasis for soaking up sun in the summer 🌞

About the Area: 🐶
There’s a brilliant pub next door, Tennis Courts in front and a dog park down the road if you love dog-spotting. There's also a Tescos 4 minutes walk away and fantastic public transport links with the District, Piccadilly, Hammersmith and City, Central and Overground all between 5 and 15 minutes walk away.

About the Flatmates: 💃💃
We are Amy and Chloe, we’re 29 and 30. Lucy has been in the flat for more than 4 years and Amy for over 2 years and we love it! We both travel lots, brunch with enthusiasm and love a good mix of cocktails on the river or wine on the couch.

We’re looking for someone that is tidy and considerate, but also a good laugh and easy to get on with. We love a night out but aren't a party house as our building mostly consists of retirees who don't appreciate the noise! They do leave us random gifts in the hallway though (at the moment it's potatoes) and are really lovely people.
