I have a double room with a private bath just a 3-minute walk from Hammersmith station.

The flat is modern and fully furnished. It features:
- 2 bedrooms with double beds
- 2 bathrooms (with underfloor heating)
- Washing machine/dryer
- Dishwasher
- A large fitted kitchen that opens into the living room.

I am looking for an easygoing, friendly, clean, and respectful person.

I am a finance student. Having lived in various countries, I would describe myself as open-minded, considerate, calm, easygoing, friendly, respectful, and very clean, as maintaining a tidy home is important to me. I enjoy being social, but also value my alone time.
