Hi, I'm moving out of my current flat and need someone to take over my room by 16th May.
You would be living with Sophie (24) who works in finance and Hannah (19) who is a receptionist. Both of them are lovely girls. Sophie enjoys swimming and Hannah enjoys some trashy TV and a good pub trip.
The contract officially ends August 2026 but there is a break clause for August 2025. This is good for anyone who wants the security of their rent staying the same for a couple of years. Alternatively, you could move out earlier if you found someone to replace you on the contract. The landlady is also super lovely.
The property is on two floors, with all bedrooms on the top floor. There is a stunning living room and kitchen and also a balcony that is perfect for summer evenings. There are two bathrooms.
The room itself comes with a bed, fitted wardrobes, small cupboard, desk and desk chair.
The property is in Band E but council tax in this borough is one of the cheapest in the country. Altogether, bills (council tax, water, electricity, gas and WiFi) come to between £110-120 a month.
The flat has amazing transport links:
- 7 mins to Circle and Hammersmith & City lines at Goldhawk Road (Zone 2)
- 10 mins to Central and Overground lines (Clapham Junction to Stratford route) at Shepherd's Bush (Zone 2)
- 12 mins to District and Piccadilly lines at Hammersmith (Zone 2)
There are also lots of supermarkets nearby:
- 2 mins to Sainsbury's Local
- 6 mins to Tesco superstore
- 8 mins to Lidl
You would also be around 15 min walk to Westfield shopping centre.
I am aiming to do viewings weekend of 27th/28th April and am happy to do virtual viewings for anyone who can't get down to London for then. Please let me know if you have any questions!
