The flat has a beautiful, spacious living area and private patio, plus a shared terrace garden. Rent is £1000 exclusive of bills, however as the flat is a modern property and well insulated, monthly bills are very reasonable (circa £100 for council tax, gas, electricity, and wifi). The flat is a 10-15 minute walk to both Barons Court and Hammersmith tube stations and a 5 minute walk to river! Tenancy is until end of January 2025, but there is the possibility of extending.
