Double Room in Hammersmith (available 3-5 weeks)

We're currently looking to sublet our spare double bedroom, as one of the existing tenants has departed to move back home to Australia.

The room has a double bed, a desk, cabinet, window, and a large wardrobe.
There is also access to the bathroom which is shared with one of the other tenants.

The flat is in an apartment block on Hammersmith Road, and is only 5 minutes walk from Hammersmith Station (Piccadilly/District/Circle/Hammersmith and city lines).

We are looking to end our tenancy within the next 1-2 months, however are looking for someone to sublet this room up until this time.

Bills and council tax are included in the asking price. Deposit covers two weeks rent.
