Room available from the 1st of September, which is when we renew our lease.
The room is large, with lots of natural light, and comes fully furnished. It is on the 2nd floor (4 story house), and you would be sharing a bathroom with 1 other room.
The house is only 5 minutes’ walk from the Thames, Hammersmith bridge and all the restaurants and pubs on the water. It’s a 10 minutes’ walk from Hammersmith and Barons Court tube stations. It has a huge living area, kitchen and garden.
You will be living with 3 really friendly guys (27-30), 2 Irish and 1 Aussie . All are working professionals with a mixture of work from home and office. We keep the house clean and tidy, and are respectful of each other’s space. Everyone is good friends and regularly socialises, plays sport and goes to the pub together.
We have been living here for 2+ years together, so looking for someone who is social and will fit in and get on well with the household. Let us know a bit about yourself.
