Double Bedroom for rent in Brackenbury village

Looking for a fun and sociable flatmate to take over the last 6/7 months of the current tenancy from my current housemate (start date around 19th August). The room is a double, the bed and desk seen in the photos can be left (there may be a small charge) or your own furniture can be brought. The flat has a lovely garden which you can access from the living room or directly from the advertised double bedroom. The room itself has plenty of storage, and there is also a dresser and cupboards in the hallway which are free to be used for additional storage. There is one bathroom with a bath/shower, we also have a small dishwasher and washing machine. The whole flat is completely furnished with my furniture but everything is yours to use! The furniture seen in the room can be left or removed depending on your preference. Bills are about £180 a month.

The flat is located between Hammersmith station (15 min walk, district line, picadilly, hammersmith & city, circle line) and Goldhawk Road tube station (8 min walk, hammersmith & city and circle line), or Shepherds Bush is a 25 minute walk away (central line) or ravenscourt park station is 10 min walk (district line). On the same road as the flat there is a lovely byob Thai restaurant, an off license plus a yoga studio, coffee shop, butchers, dry cleaners and a hardware store. If you go into Hammersmith you've got loads of shops; tk maxx, ikea, primark, M&S, Lidl, Sainsburys, Iceland, H&M, boots, superdrug etc! Plus loads of really sweet charity shops and cafes etc. Or if you need, Westfield is a 15/20 min walk from the flat.

About me:
I love cooking, dancing, DJ'ing, a bit of gardening and board games! I really enjoy hosting friends, whether that be for dinner parties, BBQ's, games nights or just a fun get together. I also make a mean margarita! I work from home 3 days a week although this varies week by week depending on how busy I am work wise, typically I go into the office on a Tuesday and Wednesday.
