Hello everyone, I am looking for a new housemate to share with me a very nice flat in Hammersmith, near the Thames path.
The room is immediately available after reference checks

This is a maisonette on 1st and 2nd floor.

On the 1st floor there are:
- 2 double rooms (one is the one to be rented)
- 1 single room for storage/work (if you need to work from home)
- The dining room
- The kitchen
- 1 bathroom (to be used by both)
- The access to the garden

On the 2nd floor, there is:
- 1 bathroom (to be used by both)
- 1 leaving room where I work (I work from home), but can be used in the evening or during weekend freely
- The terrace

Parking is parking permit and can be required to the council.

Council Tax Band D

The rent does not include bills, however rent+ bills should be around 1200 per months. Bills will be shared equally and reconciled.
