Large En-Suite room in Hammersmith

Hi! We are looking for a 4th housemate for a 3 bed house. Current housemates are a couple and a female professional. The room available is a large, bright bedroom at the front of the house with en-suite (including bath). Both the living room and kitchen are spacious and we have a small courtyard which is great for eating outside or BBQs. The house is right next to Charing Cross Hospital so would be ideal for anyone working there. We are also less than 10 minutes from both Baron's Court and Hammersmith tube stations. In addition we are really close to the river which is great for walking/running.

Currently 2/3 of us work mostly from home so ideally we would like someone who works out of the house - although there is a desk in the room if working from home. We are relaxed people and enjoy running/cycling and occasionally watching TV together in the evenings/weekends. We also like cooking (and eating!).
