Large, fully furnished double room in a lovely large house in Hammersmith, located on a quiet residential street next to the river and a five-minute walk from Hammersmith station.

Our home has three floors, with four bedrooms, a large open-plan kitchen, living and dining area plus a garden and spare room for friends and family to stay occasionally. There’s all the local amenities you can imagine; great selection of pubs and restaurants and a Tesco express just a one minute walk!

You’ll be living with three others (Josh, Francesco and Michelle) who are all 30+ professionals working in marketing, teaching and health and beauty. Although we have our own lives to lead, we’re all good friends in the house and often hang out together in the evening and weekends. We are looking for a friendly and considerate person to join us in our home.

Rent for the room is £840./month including all bills and a weekly cleaner, no agency fees and a deposit of £915. is due when you move in.
