2 double bedrooms available in a four bedroom terraced house in Hammersmith. The house has 2 full bathrooms and a garden with places to store bicycles, perfect for a barbecue. Fully redecorated house so new bathrooms, kitchen, living room and freshly painted in both bedrooms.

We are looking for 2 professionals to fill our friendly house-share. As a household we all have our own lives but are always up for the odd pub quiz, dinner or kitchen catch up.

Great location close to the tube lines. District, Piccadilly, Hammersmith & City and Circle only five minutes walk away. Also close to bus stops to locations further west and central.

Nearby is also the Apollo, the Lyric Theatre and the Hammersmith Bridge for a nice walk by the Thames. Lots of shops/pubs/eateries nearby and if you want to go slightly further afield, White City Westfield is only 20 minutes away.

12 month tenancy with potentially a rent increase after 6 months but the landlord has not confirmed yet. For the next 6 months guaranteed rent is £710.00 for each room.

On top of the rent, bills come up to around £160.00 per person this includes Internet, Water, electricity, gas and council tax. It also includes a weekly cleaner and shared household supplies such as cleaning stuff, toilet roll, hand soaps etc. These are organised by us as a household so subject to slight change.
